If you're reading this, you've found a bug, and want to report it, so... Thank you!
Bug reporting and fixing can take many forms. I could setup a bug tracker, but that's just less user friendly for a crowd that may not be as tech savvy when it comes to bug reporting. There are ways you can help regardless of who you are.
An Easy Process
First, check if something else has been reported in this category that matches what you want to report. If it has, then it will be best to add a reply to that discussion rather than start a new one.
There are some basic details that will really help understand how you're using the website, which will make it easier to replicate. Certain browsers and operating systems work slightly differently, so knowing this is really helpful. As a suggestion:
Date of bug finding (Just in case it's already been fixed)
WHERE on the site you've found this. A URL is useful
WHERE on the page you've seen this. An image is useful here, showing the bug itself to help understand what you mean.
DETAIL about your browser, operating system and if you're on a mobile, tablet, laptop, netbook, desktop and so on. You can find detailed settings by going to settings on your device, which you can copy and paste, but remember NOT to show any personal information, even usernames.
As much detail of the ACTIONS you took to end up finding this report. Sometimes websites respond in different ways if you say go from one page to another that it wouldn't expect.
It would be useful if you turn on notifications for the discussion or post you make, so that if someone needs further information, you'll know more easily.
Quick Reminders
Please never post any personal information, not even usernames from your devices. When taking photos, please check there is no personal information on there (Or list of adult / illegal sites you've got open in other tabs).
Site administrators will NEVER ask for personal information. Period.
Some things may be easy to sort out, others much harder. So whilst we will try to update you, timescales may vary.
